Meridian Housing Foundation is the only organization dedicated to providing affordable housing to our seniors in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Parkland County.

Meridian Housing Foundation was established in 1960 in Stony Plain, Alberta when local municipalities entered into a collaborative partnership to provide housing for seniors 65 and older. In 1995, Meridian Housing Foundation was established as a “Housing Management Body” by Ministerial Order under the Alberta Housing Act and became a registered charity.
